Ingredients
- 8 ounces chocolate of your choice
- ¼ cup dutch processed cocoa powder
- 1 tablespoon espresso powder
- 1 ¼ cups unsalted butter (melted)
- 2 cups granulated sugar
- ½ cup dark brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 teaspoons kosher salt
- 6 eggs
- 1 cup all purpose flour
- another ½ cup cocoa powder
- (optional) sea salt for toppings
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
- Grease pan with butter and line with with parchment paper.
- Grease parchment paper with butter
- Cut chocolate and add ¼ cup cocoa powder.
- Add melted butter and mix.
- In separate bowl mix sugars, salt, vanilla.
- Crack eggs into separate bowl and add to sugars.
- Beat the eggs so air is incorporated until it has a pancake batter consistency (10 min).
- Pour in chocolate mixture and mix
- Level flour, and cocoa powder and sift into batter.
- Gently fold dry ingredients into batter as quickly as possible.
- Bake at 350 degrees F for 20 minutes.
- Take brownies out and bang pan against a hard surface.
- Put back into oven for 25 minutes.
- Optionally top with sea salt and enjoy!

Par contre, je n'aime pas trop l'arrière goût du café que j'ai utilisé.
Il faut probablement que je change de marque.
